washed the car & snapped a couple shots

Took a couple pics of my baby at the beach on base here after washing her.

Current mods-
AEM V2 intake
NGK Spark plugs
DC sports 4-2-1 headers
A pexi Cat back exhaust system

Future mods-
New exhaust system, can't decide between apexi WS2 or Greddy SP2.
NGK spark plug wires
Tokiko shocks & lowering springs.( I already bought these just waiting on them to get here. shipping to Guam takes forever )
OEM Lip kit
New paint job. candy red or something red most likely. I like the red and out of probly less then 10 5th gens on island I have the only red one so I think its kinda cool.

anyway heres the pics-

sorry if the pics are crappy i'm still kinda new at the picture taking thing.

Re: washed the car & snapped a couple shots

Your car looks very nice. I have the same red, spoilerless, gray plastic skirts( :( ) and lowering makes it tremendously better looking. Move that to the top of the list. I promise you won't be disappointed. Looks good and keep your sights set on what you want and it will all come together.

Nice pics.

What branch of the military has a base over in Guam? You are lucky be living in a nice, warm climate. Especially on an island.

Re: washed the car & snapped a couple shots

I'm in the USN. stationed here for the next 3years. Its not bad other than not having alot of things that I had back in the states, like for instance a wal mart. which is probly the reason my headlights are fogged up. the only place I know of here that cleans them is trying to charge me about $130.
Its nice on the island though.downside is we only have one track and its only on friday nights. half the time it rains and then the other half when its open the tree isnt working.
I went last friday for the first time and couldnt get my times because of it. did beat my friends Tc (I/E/H) by 1.5 seconds though.

anyway thanks for the feedback and advice everyone

I think a nice valve cover polishing and the head lights will make this car look amazing, not that it isn't already. :)

i dont get why ppl buy angled exhausts when its not needed. A straight pipe fits right underneath. I guess somebody saw it on an evo and thought it was cool

my personal favorite design exhaust is when the car is extremely low and you need to bend it up a little.

I used some machine polish (griot's garage stuff, machine polish 3 (the very fine one) with a random orbit) and it works well too ^_^

and of course plastX
