hey guys i have a 95 honda accord with a h22 swap in it i was wondering what the best way to build my h22 i am goin n/a so please help with some info

You need to provide a lot more info, such as your budget first of all and what your overall goals are (low-end torque, high-end power, etc.)

my buget is around 3000 im looking to get in to 13-14 sec but about your low wnd or the high end not for sure on that yet

3k on a n/a h22a won't get you very far. a custom header (they're the only way you'll see gains on a h22a) will already set you back $1k+ <-- emphasis on the +.

as of right now i have a skunk2 intake manifold and 4-1 headrs apexi full exhust system and a under drive pully

well 1500 would get you a itbs which would definitely help you alot....
then theres type s pistons and camshafts and valve train upgrade ... but that definitely gonna run you more then 3k all together.

ITB's on a stock motor?

are you wanting to run 13/14 on street tires? drag radials? slicks?

there is a big difference.
