View Full Version : Wrecked the lude!!

Well today when I was leaving my apartment complex I was backing out and this lady was driving by and BAM!! I hit her!!! There is a sharp corner you have to drive around and its kinda a blind corner. you cant see whats coming around it. There are also these big SUVs and trucks that park on the corner so you cant see around them either. Well needless to say I didnt see her coming and she didnt see me backing up. She did not stop when I hit her she kept driving a little ways leaving nasty black marks all down my back bumper. I put a little dent in the back door of her car and cracked the paint on my bumper. When it happend I jumped out of the car and she had two small kids in the back seat. I was like OMG I am soooo sorry! I was soooo upset! She was like its ok dont worry about it my uncle can probably just pop it out. I felt terrible!! I just kept apologizing and I said "and your babies are in the back I am soooo sorry" She said its ok calm down. She was calming me down!! I took one pic with my cell phone I will post later. All the black marks came off and it dont look too bad now.:( :( :( This was the first accident I have ever had!!!

man sorry to hear that. one word of friendly advice sara. never admit you are at fault, and never apologize for an accident... even if you are at fault. when i was younger, i did that... apologized, was like "i'm so sorry." the lady was nice and kept saying it's okay. in the end, she took me to court claiming neck and back injuries, loss of wages, psychological damage, the whole deal.

stop titling the thread "i WRECKED..." that wasn't a wreck.. that was an accident.. but the title is misleading... i get all teary eyed thinking yet another lude has be destroyed... stop toying with my emotions like that

plus, when i hear "wreck" i think about 9 ambulances, 2 firetrucks, countless police cars and 3 people being medivac'd by helicopter. but thats a different story

same here but ummm..i think i have the worst wrec ked 4th gen at this time... no its not totaled but it needs ALOT of parts...jdm at that...:tup:

This guy did that to my friend. They were riding together and my friend just wasnt paying attention and RUBBED curb. The guy riding with him claimed neck injuries, went to the ER, my firend's parents had to pay the bill, and he started in a football game later that night. In your case, exercise the right to remain silent!

Sorry about the title but for me it was a wreck. As I stated this was my first wreck. I attempted to change the title but it wouldnt let me. Sorry.

Ouch! Well, I'm glad it's not destroyed or anything. It doesn't look too bad. Maybe you can clean it up a little more?

PS- What exhaust is that..? N1?

yes Apexi N1 I dont think there is anymore "cleaning up" those marks are where the paint is missing and scratches. Its all cracked and yucky!!

but you can always know that you can always make your lude better.. thats the way i look at my "accident"... now i am getting a lot of jdm stuff and more but i cant let everyone know everything about how it will come back...

this is not the time for 4th gens....three ballers messed up their ludes within 3 weeks of each other. sleepy and mine were 4 hours apart

i think mine happened at 1:30-2pm
either way it really sucks for us 4th genners:(

Sorry about the title but for me it was a wreck. As I stated this was my first wreck. I attempted to change the title but it wouldnt let me. Sorry.

no no i wasn't really serious about that... sorry about your car...

but on the bright side, it coulda been a lot worse and it looks fixable. and no one got hurt #1

she says "cracks" or something...there may be cracks but i dont see any from the pics...

The cracks are there I can assure you. :( Yes no one got hurt and thats good. I am fine but I appreciate your concerns guys.:ladysman: I know its "fixable" but it sucks. Like I said this is my FIRST accident!! I have a friend who will probably be able to fix it no problem but I dont have the funds!!! As some of you know my dad is really sick and he is not currently working so I have to help him make ends meet like paying his $266. phone bill!!!!:eek: GRRRRR He clearly let that one go!!:kaioken:

lol! man dont think of it as a jinx...think of it as some of us 4th genners need to pay better attention and realize what has happened to me, absntmnd69 and twotone....dont do what we did and yes they are called accidents or misteaks but you gotta pay better attention and i do now. :o
