I saw another post about a cool diy to hide you aftermarket H/U on a ford forum and thought i out it up hear to help shear
This is that post
http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=212754

But what if you got a sup in the back or amp wear all you have to do is just unscrew it? If you got a trunk not to much to worry about but for the ppl with other car/ truck it might help. When i got my first system it cost me about $750 for the amp and 2 sups someone broke my back window and prayed the sup out. I had it bolted down but they ripped the box off cut the wires and they run off, security screws and bolts. Since that day i use them in most of the stuff i put in my cars. They are like the wheel locks you can get for your car. Hear is a link to what i mean and wear you can buy them

IF no one can read this im sorry ill try and fix it, or if a mod wants to proof read and make it better that cool :beerchug:

you will need:

# of security screw/big washers to hold up speaker to the box
8 big washers that the bolt head will not fit throw.
12 pack use as directed

IF YOU MESS UP NOT MY FAULT THIS IS HOW I DID IT.

First you need to take the subs out of the box. Next find a good spot wear you can drill holes in the floor. Watch out for what you are drilling throw gas tank wires all that. I put my box in the back and went under the trunk and just drilled wear the box was that way all the holes line up. Next thread the bolt throw the holes and in the box. put on a washer and tighten the bolt up. I used 8 bolts total for this part. The washer makes it harder for some one to just rip the bolt out, and for the extra $.12 and mint it takes you cant bet it. Then find the spot you want your amp to be. Drill holes for the bolts, bolt it up with a washer and tightening. last put in ur sup as you would but with the security screws. keep the key in a safe place. and you all done. The security screws can also be used for other thing like license plats or under car neon.
