I have a stock radio in my X soon ill be getting a good head unit and dont what to spend the money on a adapter thing to hook the rca to a non rca radio. The amps is a sony 1000w class D 1 channel model xm-3001sxd on the back wear all the wires hook up it has a spot that looks like speaker wires goes in and it has high level input. Is that the spot for non rca cables to go or what.

it can be done but i really dont recommend it. It generally sounds worse than the adaptor which you can just get from circuit or best buy for like $20. plus, if you put the adaptor on the rear speakers, you will be grabbing a signal that is being amplified more. if you do do it, all you have to do is cut your RCAs (OUCH!) and splice the center wire to the positive speaker wireand then splice the web of surrounding wires to the negative speaker wire. Do it twice, once for each speaker. then just like any other splice, make sure they are not touching and try to make sure both are insulated very well to reduce noise.
