so today i started installing my amp kit...well my good friend anyway did...he knows this stuff....and im wondering where did u attach ur ground cable to?....if anyone has pics of their setup..i'd like to see...Thanks yall

right in the trunk, same place where i grounded my battery

well i was thinkin the ones that hold in the speakers..u know which ones im talkin bout....i looked under the seat and i cant get to one i see under there

nope. the bar thats under the rear deck.

just fold down the left rear seat, pop the cover off, and there should be a few screws there

yeah but they have plastic washers that go inside the hole of the screw..hard to get out

This isn't complicated. I took out the the bottom half of the back seat and used one of the bolts that hold the top half of the seat. And then put the seat back in. So mine is grounded to the metal frame.

hey yall i just ordered my Rockford Fosgate Punch 550.2 amp...i already have my RF Punch 3 sub..so once it comes ill hook it up and get some pics up

None of those are very good grounds. The best ground is made by grinding the paint off of a small area and putting a pan head screw in and also keeping the ground less than 18". By putting the screw under an existing bolt is secure but has more resistance than bare sheet metal. And since the ground is the return path for the power wire resisitance is bad news.

thats what the guys did when they installed mine. my ground is attached to the trunk below the replacement tire. they ground off some of the paint and attached the ground there.
