Yesterday I decided to go ahead and restore my headlights to how they should be.
I tried to restore them once using a kit and it totally screwed them up. :worried:
So, I went to advanced and got some sandpaper. I put tape on her eyes and had my way with her. Hehe!
Then I polished them up with some Meguiars PlastX. Anyways here are the results. I think it looks like 10 Quadrillion times better than before! What do y'all think?

I know it's not on a Prelude, but it's a Supra so I think it's OK! Hahaha!
But I worked like a champ for me.

I have some red ones I want to put in so bad, but I'm afraid of getting pulled over for them! Have they given you any trouble?

not at all, you cant even tell theye red because i have silverstars and it blinds out the red, really unless your staring at the car 2 inches away from the headlight or ONLY have the parking lights on [red] then you will never know

are your headlights glass or plastic?
cuz i used mcguires plasti-X on my JDM's (which are plastic, unlike USDM glass) and about 3 months later, they were even worse than before i used the plasti-X.

Hmm... I thought they were plasic.... but I'm pretty sure they're not JDM. Did you wet sand them and everything? They seem like they're plastic but maybe not. Is there a way to tell?

Your lucky. I have Silverstars too, but I have 10 led clusters in mine so you can still see them... even with my high beams on :vollkommenauf:

You should put Lamin-X covering on them now.
I polished mine last week too. I didn't sand it as much cause I didnt buy that many sandpapers but it looks WAY better than before. Imma re-do them in a couple weeks just cause I'm obsessed now.
As far as parking lights, I have the 5 LED super white ones and they blend VERY nicely with my 6000K HID's, which also blend pretty nicely with my yellow high beams.

Nice. It's really not that hard as long as you take your time with it and don't rush. I should take some pics of them now, since I just spent about $100 on having the car detailed.
