not too long ago (about 5-6 weeks ago), I finally grew sick and tired of having a condensation problem in my right headlight that I had had since late November, so one lazy Saturday morning I decided to buy some sealant, a polisher, and sum eb glue. I took both headlights out, took them apart, cleaned and polished them inside and outtt, sanded the sealant completely off and applied a super heavy coat of sealant back on (so much i had about a cm past the headlight margin that I had to cut off with a razorblade)...One thing I didn't do, however, was check for cracks, but I figured if there was a fairly large crack I would have noticed it and the water wouldn't STAY in the headlight for centuries and with time and usage of my headlights, the water would eventually seep out and if there happened to be a small crack, it wouldn't look like there was an ocean in my headlights...Well, I threw the headlights back on the car anyway and was proud with the restoration. This lasted about a month. It had rained several times and for each time it did, both headlights seemed flawless, but one morning after it rained, I woke up and the entire right headlight was full of water, ONCE AGAIN. I was 99.9% sure it would go away, but to this day it looks as if hurricane katrina paid my headlight a visit. I don't even want to touch it anymore, anyone have any advice on what I should do or know what may be the problem?
