anyone familiar with the garrett turbo model a/r 42???? if so feedback would be great

There is no "model a/r 42", thats simply a ratio of the turbine or compressor housing's area to the radius to the center of the impeller blades. Not only are there prolly a thousand different Garrett turbo's with A/R .42, but you also need to specify whether its the turbine or compressor housing that they're talking about.

it says bcc a/4 42 /so if that helps i was just wondering cause i have one and im trying to talk to someone about how i can get it working cause the impellers wont spin so i just need to know if its wroth bulding or not

nope doesn't really help any.

check out blaast performance (http://blaastperformance.com/include/index.php), they do turbo rebuilts for a decent price.
