New Springs

Hi, I just orderd dropzone 2.25" springs all around. Just wondering if
#1) anyone has dropzones and if you do what do you think of them and
#2) Im pretty sure I will have to cut 1 coil off the front springs to get it to sit level. am I correct?

Cutting coils = bad..

Hurts the "structural integrity" and will hurt the performance down the road. If you find you need to do this, send them back. Springs are pretty cheap.. do it right the first time.

totally unsafe, plus the springs AND shocks weren't designed to work like that......


are they dropzone springs or coilovers?? cuz if they're coilovers, they def should be able to provide a low enough drop :tup:

still... dont cut 'em. it'll ride like ****, your shocks will blow prematurely, all sorts of bad news.

and i've never heard of the springs not sitting level, so i dont think you'll have that problem
