Georgia State Patrol on the rampage again...

So I was in Macon last night, about 7:00. I got off I-75 on Exit 167 beside Riverside. I'm going to my friend's apartment to shill out for the night. Well, about a might from his place, I see a road block. I don't think nothing of it. Get my license and insurance ready while I wait in line. I let the window down and before I can even give it to him, he shines the light in my face and tells me to pull the car over. I ask why and he said my pupils didn't shrink like they're supposed to. I said, "So why do I have to pull over?" and he says, "That gives us reason to believe you're under the influence" so I pull over since I know this is going to be long. They ask me the basic questions, my age, where I'm from, why I'm there, etc. Then he asked if I was doing any casual drugs and I said no.
He asks if I'm on Riddelin (sp?) for ADD or if I'm on any prescription drugs and again, I said no. He shined the light again, and apparently my eyes still didn't change. He checked my pockets and found a dollar and a jump drive and he asked to search the car, so I let him since all I have is some paper, a knife, wheel studs, and my Red Man. He comes back after less than a minute. He made me walk the line twice, counting my steps. Then took my pulse. Then he made me stand on one foot and stick the out out and count from 1001 to 1020, while counting. He looked at my eyes again, still no change and looks at my license and says, "Well your pupils are pretty big here too. Do you have any other i.d. or photos of you with you?" I showed him my shcool ID, and sure enough, same thing. Another cop comes and checks too and they give all my ID back and looks at me with the light in my face, "Peace."
This all took about 20 minutes. I have light eyes, and for those of you who don't know, light eyes don't contract like dark eyes do just because of light and energy that is taken in. Once again though, idiots messin with a youngin in a nice car. In fact he asked, "Is this car fast?" and I said, "It's a Honda, of course not." and he just laughed and said, "Bull****!" I smiled. I was also wearing my PZ representin', y0!

haha I was drunk. went through all that and they let me go because I passed it all. if they had given me a breathalizer I'd have been screwed. luckily I didn't do that regularly and nobody got hurt. Also it was about 7 years ago.

Well, this was a reminder as to why I leave my narcotics elsewhere. I was feelings fine yesterday and today actually so I don't need them.

haha liscense checks are fun!!! but one thing you dont do is shine your maglite back at a cop when he shines his at you, i got pulled out of the car for that one!!

I dunno man, mine are different anyway. People always ask why they're so big cause my sister's eyes look like mine but they constrict normally and mine don't. It's weird.

lol when i was moving my friend to his new house we had one last load of stuff and well about 10 guns most hunting rifles but 1 ak and 1 sk u know for deer hunting lol we went threw one and when he told us to pop the tuck he about **** a brick lol fun times

me and my uncle were driving and he had a couple of beers. cop pulled us over. as soon as dat happend my uncle shoved a lot of pennies in his mouth. its nasty but it worked. the copper does something to the detector. also he made it look like he was blowing air but he really wasnt

idiot cops, they see a fast car and they all of a sudden decide your a person on drugs that has a c4 next to the supposedly 2000hp turbo, all because of the look of the car...man i shoulda bought me a jimmy..lol jk

Road blocks like that were banned years ago here in MN. I thought they were found to be entrampment and stopped in all states actually.

I would raise h$ll if I got stopped in one of those.

I have actually been pulled over for BS reasons and went to jail for making such a stink only to have the charges dropped later as they had nothing other than me pissing and moaning because of being stopped.

I have also been pulled for speeding though before and when asked why I thought they pulled me over I said speeding.

I know my rights and use will use them. I also know when I am wrong and will admit it.

But random road blocks is wrong.

i hear you on the gsp's. i live out of the city in a pretty nice neighborhood, i was pulling out of my driveway one night and there was a gsp with his lights on pulling over some jacked up truck in my neighborhood. this wasn't the main road that goes through my neighborhood, it's deep inside and really windy. wtf? gsp's and sheriffs know not to come out here. we have an understanding.

I don't have a problem with them but he asked if I was in ridylen (sp?). If I'm not mistaking, that MAKES your eyes constrict. I just really didn't feel like having to call my friend to come get me outta jail for refusing to do any of that stuff.
