Debadge - question

Alright guys you all know my back H logo came off, so I decided to even it up by removing the front one too. My question is how do I take out those little tan plastic pieces that hold in the emblems? Can I just pull them out, or will they break? It doesnt matter too much if they do, since Im planning on getting her repainted some day with the holes filled in, but just in case I decide to put them back on. But I could always buy new ones if need be. I just wanted to see if they had to be broken to get them out.

EDIT: BTW I dont care if it leaves holes, it would be better than two ugly pieces of plastic.
