By the way, the silver lines down the middle of the spokes are where the little recess is on the sh rims.

Well if I decide to keep them stock, I'm gonna repaint them the same color at least, because they have some scratches and dings in them. Previous owner definately didn't care too much about her shoes.

yep..thats a good idea..full silver or full black rims would look nice on ur car in my opinion..pls whatever you do dont do a ricer impression on them otherwise you will ruin the whole look on ur car

Yeah I think your right. The only thing I might consider other than silver or black, is flat white. But I dont know how it would look. PHOTOSHOP time!

Haha no worries E, I've decided to keep them the same color. But I do still want them repainted, so the scratches will be gone. I think the previous owner liked to ride on the curb or something.

Dang E, I see why you dont want me to mess them up! I just looked up their price, and it would be over $1,500 to buy them new from Majestic Honda.
Does anyone know the code for the paint color on the sh rims by chance?

My dad had a '67 Chevelle SS 396 as a grad gift. I'm trying to convince him that I need an FD since he got that car. If he does, the one car I'm looking at, I'm glad he knows nothing about rotaries because it would step all over that Chevelle.
380 Chevy hp < 520 rotary hp

but the sound of that V8 is WAAAAY > than ANY rotary, even with 500 some odd hp.

I dunno, I quite like the sound of the R32 VW Golfs. 16 degree V6 pushing 300 odd HP. Sounds very nice, very refined. But nothing beats the sound of an old school V8.

Anyways back on topic, just have the SH rims polished. You could paint them a darker silver, or even a dark bronze, but it never quite looks right on them. The blades look good painted.

Actually come to think of it, Prelude 1897 has his SH rims painted, have a search around for his pics. They look quite good.

Well than maybe I'll reconsider painting them. After all, If I ended up not liking them, I could strip them down, and go back to stock.
