So i just passed Mobil on 6 by Charlie browns going towards to mall and i was stopped at the light i was in front stopped waiting for the ****ing light to change and out of know where i hear screeching brakes i looked on the opposite side of the road and i didn't see anything didn't worry about it than i hear a car get hit look behind me see a car flying towards me and i was ****kkkkkkk. so after i got hit i hopped out the car bugging the **** out i kicked the lady's car who hit me so hard denting her bumper.

So after im done going nuts i get back in my car to pull to the side because of the traffic i was holding up and before i went in my car i looked at the car who caused it all and i said im gonna ****ing kill you i didn't know who it was and he was either high or mad scared because after i pulled to the side he left no one wrote his plates because everyone was in shock so i left the scene to chase the guy and find him and at least get his plates i didn't want to cause another accident so i went back to the lady and we exchanged insurance and cop came did all that ****.

The cop didn't say much just got info and said well get **** in the mail and her insurance is all liable for this because of some ****ing guy. The lady was crying to me saying that her husband is at a dealer ship now getting her a Honda crv and i was like wow. i apologized for kicking her car since i didn't know it wasn't her fault. So im waiting for her insurance to giving me a fat check to get her all cleaned up dericerized. its pretty bad though. She still drives fine and purs like a jaguar.

that sucks man. wish i had a bumper to offer you. id try and get as much out of her insurance as possible. say she bent suspension or something. good luck man.

thanks man. i need some good ideas to get atleast 4 g's. im gonna say body work is mad money bumper, my car makes a sound now. so im pretty pissed off

how much would people say for a fix from a body shop.

the fact that the rear quarter panel is f***ed up, and that is really hard to replace or fix is a big thing. paint always is too. always suspension near the collision spot, like your right rear shocks, strut, maybe even the rims. say the light gets water in it, so that needs replacing. trunk doesnt close right, new latch and straightening of unibody. thats all i can think of right now. i might get more ideas later.

oh, of course its fixable, no doubt, but unless you have experience with fiberglass and bondo or body work, get a shop to do all of the work. try and find a place that will write you a seperate recipt for extra work and send that to her insurace company.

thats exactly where i hit my car. it just needs filler work. and straightening up.. it looks a lot worse than it actually is. claim for a new exhaust (tell them its been bent) also suspension, alloys, trunk and lights.

that sucks man, i hope the insurance company doesn't total it out, that's what sucks, if you try to drain the insurance company too much (if price to fix goes over what the car is worth) then they will just total it out then you will be left with only bluebook value and a bent up car (thats if you buy it back from the insurance company) then the car wont be worth nothing because all you will have for it is a salvage title..
