If you are in Orlando, the place to do a 1/4 is at The Orlando SpeedWorld. Its a bit out in the woods, and you get a lot of weird races (and your share of weird people) but its a good tack. Here is a link.

I've actually been there. It was an awesome place. I think there are going to be weird people everywhere you go , so I didn't really notice that. (Or maybe i'm just so weird that I didn't notice how weird everyone else was!) Anyway, we saw some awesome races there.
