I have had my 93 si for a few months now and have driven with no music
my tweeters work but my speakers do not and i have no clue what the problem is could someone please tell me what the problem might be

faulty ground somewhere... a wire might be cut in the door jam or something.. maybe the head unit is ****ed on some of those outputs...
Trace back the wire from one of the speakers... see if it is indeed intact.... orrrrrrrr take a multimeter and test for voltage between the terminals...
My lude didnt have speakers in the front when I got it. Are you sure there are actually speakers there?

yeah i checked and it has the two stock speakers

yea if there is no electricity getting to the speakers.. maybe a wires dead or the headunit is messed up... if there is voltage going through the wires.. replace the speakers

are they stock tweeters? i would check behind the radio first ..then check the speaker connections...if u want to test your speakers u can take a nine volt battery connect a piece of copper wire to each post and touch them to the speaker wires behind the radio that u want to test....they should buzz or pop..that tells u the speakers are good and thats its probaly the radio

alright thanks for the advice ill try that as soon as i get a chance
ive been so busy with work i havent had time to really look at it
