I am looking into rims for the spring and summer, and was looking for some advice on style/fitment.. If you have any advice or recommendations, please let me know..

The rims I am looking into right now:
5-Zigen FN01R-C
Dimensions= 17"x8"
Bolt Pattern is for a 97 Prelude (5x114.3), but the offset differs from
+25, +35, +43...

Basically, will these rims fit? and what is the preferred offset for rims?

well there aren't any 1/2 sizes.. so ill probably end up getting 17x7's.. not that that will make a difference..? But, how does the whole offset ordeal work??
