Lost LCD KEY! python 881xp HELP!

Didn't see a security section So... heres the situation:

I lost my keys and my only python 881xp LCD remote. I was able to open the car with the other master key and turn the alarm off with the switch and key in the ignition. My question is:

Does anyone know if there is a way to make the remote beep or make noise from the car so I can listen for it in my gf's house or yard?

i really dont think there is any way to do that..what i recommend is calling dei 1-800-753-0800 to find out if there is a way ..or go to circuit city or your authorized dei dealer..purchase one of the regular 50 dollar remotes... program it...set your alarm off.. search for your 2 way transmitter..and then when u find it just return the one you just bought. to program a remote your gonna want to open your door..find your valet button...turn your ignition on and then back off again.. press the valet button once and then press and hold it..while holding it down press the lock button on your remote..hope this helps and hope u find it cus those remotes are like 150

Once you program a new remote doesnt it erase the previous programming?
