Picked up 2 sets of these for my '01. They are brighter than stock and have a blue hue to them. The bulbs themselves are tinted blue as well. I like them so far, will be testing them out in the rain this weekend.
I ordered them from ICB Motorports (AZ.) and they had them to me via USPS on the 4th day. Packing was tight, and I was provided a tracking number as well.

The 2 things i considered when i bought the Rayrig's were: cost & color temp. "
piaa: Rated at 4000K and providing 110watts of light from only 55watts these bulbs provide a brilliant Xtreme cool white light."-piaa website
The Raybrig's are 5000K & 55w=90w but were about 25.00 cheaper....I wanted the higher color temp to mimic the HID bulbs.
I've used the piaa H1 & H4 bulbs in other cars and they are a bit whiter in light. The Raybrig's have a tinge of blue-white to them.
If you can get a good deal on either brand, I would go that route, b/c either bulbs looks good, and is brighter than oem bulbs.

all piaa 55w/65/ bulbs are street legal according to their site. The RR-15's are the ones i have. I got them for 65/pair. Take this for what its worth, but i was always told that as long as you stay with the oem rated output of 55/60w for hlo/hi then thats ok. I think you have a better chance of being pulled over for headlights blinding people b/c they are not aligned correctly than the color of the bulb...on a side note, the Raybrig's have the word "stanley" surrounded by Japanese writing on the back of the box..i wonder what the reference is to?????
