So yeah, in the pennysaver here, somebody put an ad for an 87 Si for 500 bucks, but it has a blown head gasket.

it says the motor is like 3 years old, and the body is straight. should i get it?

I'm pretty sure a 200ft roll of bubble wrap would suffice.

Man. I would buy that Prelude in a heartbeat and fix the head gasket. And use it as a winter car. Or when i just wanna save some gas. $500 is cheap. And I bet it would be easy as hell to change the head gasket. That motor cant be that complicated.

yeah i feel you on that dude, being in school sucks all my money away. Plus the fact that i overdrew my account twice without knowing it and now my account is like 60 bucks in the hole!

Eh, that aint bad. One time I overdrew 4 times. -$246. :smashfreakB: I almost cried. LoL.

Talk to the bank. They can hook you up with overdraft protection. If you go negative, they just take the cash out of your savings. Saved me a bunch.

so did you get the car mate? i'm interested. some minor head work, head gasket, would fix that car right up, but you might need to buy a rad for it too!
