well today has had it's goods and it's bads...
for starters...i polished my rims on Sunday and today i finally painted my car even tho i still have to correct and blend sum spots but overall its alright...
so for the most part im happy about how the car turned out, will post pics soon
but i wanted to get everything out the way and my inspection sticker was running up and i was at a gas station with a auto service in it...
so i get in line and it takes me about 2 hours just to get it inside the place and i finally get it inside...after about 30 mins the lil asian dude tells me to come into the garage, and he tells me a whole list of things that i need to fix and the list was mega long...from brakes to light bulbs to mounts...madd shyt, but yea he could barely speak English and was telling me to replace things that shouldn't be there when they were stock in the first place, wtf? so i caught an attitude with him trying to persuade him to pass me and he gave me one of these..

You have to find you a place that is like a mom and pop garage personally owned and operated no big conglomerate like Firestone. They will try to sell you brakes, tires, suspension, have an allignment, on and on and on. I took my 3rd Gen to Firestone this was like right at Thanksgiving time and my garage I usually go to was closed so I went to Firestone, I told them do not do anything to the car just inspect it. Well I get there and they had a list tires, both half shaft axles. licence plate bulb, windshield wiper, rotors turned new brake pads. Total around $900 I was like "Dude what didn't pass" he said the licence plate bulb and the wiper. I said how much he was like inspection wiper blade, and bulb plus labor $65 I was like I'll be right back went to Advanced replaced the bulb and the wiper myself for like $8 went back for a re inspection for I think it was like $1. I told him thats exactly why I don't come to these places and its exactly why I will not buy my tires from you in the future. What a @!#^ head.
