Planning on building my H22a up just a lil. thinkin about bigger pistons, maybe cams, upgrade fuel system, pulleys, I have headers and exhaust..

any input on what else i would need..

1700 dollars will pay for the engine management, tuning, and intake setup.

for a setup like you are describing, you need around 7-8000 dollars.

$1700 won't even get you a set of good Skunk2 pro series cams, valvetrain upgrade, and a good tune. Just keep saving and doing research.
