Sigh. I really cannot explain how ticked off i am, but i will say that i am a virgo and were perfectionists by nature, and the ding that i found on my car this friday has made me want to punch a baby in the face.

I hear you bro, but punching a baby isn't going to help anything, if anything at all it will land you in jail.

Is your car a daily driver? If it is then there is nothing you can do to avoid little dings like that. They happen mate. I park my car in my driveway under a cover, always park in the back corner of the mall parking lot away from everybody else, am always very careful about where I park on the side of the road, but sometimes little dings are just unavoidable. The only advise I can give is learn to live with it.

I have, it's been hard, but I'm getting better.

you don't understand though, when i spotted it, i just froze, and my eye started to twitch, and it was like- i wanted to kill whatever i saw walk by....and god knows i'm a nice guy! omg i'm so friendly, but gd i swear, that got me cause its not where it can be 'popped out' it right at the line curve thats on the side of the car that runs the entire length of it, so you can't pop it up, i try not to look at it, i just get in my car and ignore it- i try very hard, ooh but when i get a glimpse of it, i just want to put a fire cracker up a cats butt and watch him explode! OOOH its like when Brock from Venture brothers gets pist, oooh!!!!! someone send me a nopi chic before i freak out!!!!

But yeah i understand they'll happen it stil sucks because you always are so careful with everyone elses things and people just decide fu :( i wish i'd of seen it happen...omg i would of ripped the door off...

Yeah I guess we can all understand your fustration. But dings and paint chips happen, as you drive your car. I guess I started the whole very angry thread. I guess I should have thought about it more before I posted it. I was expressing my anger about someone keying my car. Reason for my fustration is that they knew I had just bought the car and it had a brand new custom paint job on it. If the moderators would like to erase my post or lock it thats fine with me, I have no objections. I am sorry your car has a ding, I'm sure there is a fix to it. I think I have heard many remedies for that particular situation and many tools and products available to fix that for a low cost. Good luck.

im a virgo also and **** like that makes ke feak the **** out. a friend of mine burned my seat ( out of a 96 lude and they were perfect ) and I beat his ass on the side of the road

All I can say is try finding out the hard way that your mirrors don't bend backwards (duh) because it's just slightly icy out your car just keeps sliding along the side of the garage only to find out that the part you broke in your mirror is $100 and then because you had to buy the car with the non-stock paint job it will be about $500 to get your mirror painted just because the damn paint cost so much......that is what makes me very angry!!!

So I will trade you the ding for my cracked and gorilla glued mirror :tongue:
