How do you spin tires at 60 mph??????

So I'm on my way home from the mall today and theres a nice fd (4th gen rx-7) in front of me. a nice glossy black. and we're stuck behind this noob ass trailer going 60ish, and hes in front of me and turns to the left lane as soon as it opens up, and SPINS his tires for like 2 secs and goes flying by the trailer and weaves in front of the trailer going probably about 90-95 mph by then. I was in awe I almost went onto the side lol.

lol I didnt even get a chance he was gone before I could say anything, his turbo was crazy loud, I couldnt even hear his exhaust.

All I heard was a squeeling high pitched vacuum and then he had the oh so distinct ssq BOV which I could hear from all the way behind the trailer and through the wind noise.

yut, they are no joke i almost got one.. i want a new project car when i am finished with my prelude it wil either be a black/or red 944 turbo or a black rx-7 and boost the **** out of that car

My advice to anyone who buys an RX7, buy an engine for it yourself. Theyre a pain in the ass to try and repair if theres anything wrong with it when you buy it.

basically unles you got better luck than me... my friend bought a GXL and FC at the same time. both were HELL working on cause he didnt have the money to buy a whole engine. a few years before that, he had an FB and immediately swapped in a 20B and gave him no problems till someone running from the cops ran into him and totaled the car.

WOW, how messed up is that... theres a lucky bastard if iv ever heard of one. well i wont be looking for one till a good year or so but that said it will be i nthe air, i am more for a 944 turbo and it will either be that as a project summer RWD vehicle or a summer bike to start me out.. i am not sure which one. personally i am a bit scared of bikes because around here knowone has respect for them and will run them off the road but where its common for bikes roadsters have more respect for them and give them the right away

Same here. Thats why I stick to 4 wheels. But to me, RX7's are like Ludes, no matter how much they piss me off, I still love them and find the patience to work with them. Lol.

lol! i wish my buddy that has a 92 si w h22a1 would be like you...he has completely ruined his car.... always try to do small things yourself but other than that have a very very well trusted mechanic do other stuff for you.
