Anyways...I figured I'd give the dead horse another swift kick in the gut with this thread.
After realizing after a week that all valvetrain components don't have to be from the same manufacturer, I figured out what I'm going to do. One thing though. I hear all this talk (or see all this text) about cams, springs, cam gears, retainers, yadda yadda yadda yadda etc etc etc and so on and so forth...but I've never seen anything involving rocker arms...Now, personally, ive seen countless threads about rocker arms on the Impala forum...not saying in any way that V8s are the same as 4 bangerangers, but are rocker arm upgrades necessary for the amount of work I'm doing?

Yeah pretty sure there are no rocker arms. That would be an OHV enginge.....like a small block chevy. With an overhead cam engine the cam directly pushes the valves.....right?

Yea man. Honda Stealership Inc. wanted to charge me about 1100 bones to fix my ATTS...why fix your car when you can buy go fast goodies and break it more?! Who fixes cars these days. HAH:eek:

kicking once again. Just wanted to rub in the fact that I just ordered Skunk2 Pro1 cams and cam gears, Crower springs and titanium retainers. YAY for Jesse...me, i mean. not nevrdun. Me:cool:
