Spring Rates

I searched all over the place, but was unable to find any info on spring rates for our cars. I just wanted to see what the change would be going from a stock set up, to either a full coilover, or a GC style set up.

I am leaning towards the TEIN basics, because the spring rates match the ones for the flex, and the SS (450 lb F, 220 lb R) and they are EDFC capable.
