I decided against commandeering 2.2Lude's thread, so I'm gonna start my own.
Recently got the KYB AGXs and Eibach Pros...
Unfortunately, the directions are ZERO help at all...The little symbols and pictures dont make much sense to me..Call me stupid, but i just cant figger that chit out.
I still can't figure out how to adjust them...Haha. I guess im ignorant.
Also, to remove the old springs, am i gonna need a spring compressor?
I know a guy that got hit with a run away spring and cracked a rib.
Any help with this is greatly appreciated, guys. Like ive said time and time again...Im still a nooooob, technically.

Yep you'll need a spring compressor i used my dads air compressor and all his tools so i got it done in about 2-3.5 hours...there is a possibility of being hit but if you do it right you'll be fine..i did it and I'm only 16 and i just started doing things myself. lol you should've just hi-jacked the thread im pretty much done it already.

renting a spring compressor from autozone or whereever is HIGHLY recommended unless you wanna risk breaking a finger, hand, arm, or possibly worse. these compressed springs hold a SH*T load of potential energy in them!!!
the AGX's shoulda come with a lil tiny yellow flathead screwdriver that you press the black button on the VERY top of the strut down with, then turn it to either 1-4 (softest to hardest, respectively)

Well, one thing I've learned about this forum...The mods are really cool, but really strict on many things. I used to hate it...Now i respect them for it...especially seeing how other forums are run...Theyre all a mess.
Back to the topic at hand. We have an air tank, but no compressor for the springs. Dont Autozone and Advance Auto rent them out for the weekends or whatnot?

and its not a compressor like an air compressor. it literally compresses the coils.
this is what it is

If you can't have access to rentals and Harbor Freight is available to you, they sell the compressors at a pretty low price.
