i was at work and i was parked in one of those parallel spot things and i went inside to start my work and this girl i work with backed into my car and got out to check if hers was ok and left...what kind of **** is that? but i found out who it was cause i had white paint on my 3g and i was pissed but she said she would fix it but i had to find out the prices...i dont know whether i should give her the cheapest or more expensive one (considering she left) but i dont wanna bring insurance in the mix you know.....

i didnt wanna bring it in either, but the person that hit me never got around to fixin it like they said they would, unless you know this person well, i say you go for your safest bet, insurance. Was she plannin on telling you?

How soon do you have to make a claim for insurance to cover it after an accident? If you can wait one or two weeks for her to give you like $600 i'd do that, and if she doesn't pay then report it. I've never made a claim so if that's possible....or not. Haha. That sucks though.

I say return the favor. Let her pay you...then back up into her car with your already F-ed up bumper...then get yours fixed...done.

How dare you compare a lude to a tempo. Hah. For SHAME!
^ X2 agreed.
But seriously if you found out who she was and she didn't make the attempt to find out who you were first. I'd make a report at work and with the insurance companies tell them she has agreed to pay cash but on the chance she doesn't pay up then go through the insurance channels. If you didn't report it then you don't have a case. Hopefully she is honest enough and comes thru, but if she didn't make an attempt to find the owner of the car she hit then I'm afraid she is not. Good Luck my man, keep us posted.

i didnt...i even said it had nothin to do with this post...
but i would make her pay the meduim price...dont go cheap but dont go to high...if she says its too much tell her "hey i could make u buy me more pricey sh8t so... take ur pick"
least thats what i would do
