I not rich...but im planning to lower my 5th gen. So the question is what is the best price for a suppension combo i can get for $400. Coilovers setp or Shock/struts with Lowering Spring. Looking to lower the lude at lease 2" with a good ride.

tein sells a cheap basic setup springs only for around 250 300 it will be just fine with your stock shocks 4 now...

Do it once, do it right.
You def wont be finding any coilovers for $400 brand new. With a 2" drop your absolutely gonna need new shocks which are $300 for the cheapest set. Unless you can find a pair of used Neuspeed or H&R race springs for $80 like i did, I'd suggest keep saving.

On Ebay You Can Get A Tociko Lowering Kit For 355 Shipped But It Only Lowers Your Lude 1.5 In.

1.5 is a good drop especially if you plan on gettin a body kit i cant even put my hand under my car its 2in drop

Shop around. I managed to keep my $200 budget almost exactly. Found some used H&R springs and GR-2 shocks. Setup works great for me
