red rims on my black 5th gen

painted my enkie wheels red and polished the lip ps iam not using those tires i have new ones to mount but heres some pics just did last night

paint is bad for tires. Did u put masking tape and news paper? That tire looks terrible.

For some odd ass reason, rims painted wild colors makes me think of the original Gran Turismo... :cool: dont ask...

what kind of paint did you use

i used engine paint then i used high performance wheel clear but be very carefull dont put too much clear starts to bubble paint spay a coat den dry twice thats wat i did so it doesnt chip

man that looks GREAT. you're goin to have to highlight that red w/ some interior type s parts. red stitched shift boot, knob steering wheel. very nice.

definately sweet. i agree. i would definately accent that with a red h emblem. but keep it subtle. little things will look a lot better then adding major color

primer ford red engine paint by duplicolor and high performance wheel coat clear

Cool, I just did some rims a couple days ago...They were black, I got some Black Hawk pearl honda paint and did like 7 coats of it on them...

They came out amazing....

Painting rims > Buying new ones LOL

yeh but put performance wheel clear coat eleave me or they will chip dont destroy all the work u did this is my third pair i do beleave me dont forget that step or it will bite u in the ass

Have a quick question...Reason I dont have these rims on my lude its because I found out the wheel hub dont clear the wheel, it'll wobble even if lugs are tight....

Could some spacers help out in this area? Get some 3mm or 5mm spacers should solve the problem...

id go to a rim or tire shop i could tell u things that would help but u dont wanna fok around with ur wheels u dont want any thing to happen to you or your car for doing half asz stuff ya dig
