Alright Everyone, this is a pretty easy DIY so this wont be very long.
I had some really poor looking side skirts on my '97 and i saw that SH skirts were like 100 bucks, and me being cheap said hey lets just repaint those things.
NOTE:Im not 100% sure how to take off the rear yet so i haven't painted my rear yet. once i figure out that ill edit this one.
Estimated time: 2 Hours
Supplies:
1. Plastic paint.
[Make sure that its plastic paint, other paints my end up running and you will not get the same coat. its relatively the same price, I used Rustolem Textured black Plastikote]
2. Various screw drivers
3. Soap [for washing the skirts clean to prep for paint]
Heres the kind of paint i used:

To begin you have to remove the two screws located in the front wheel wells shown here:

[Make sure you do not remove the top screw, that is unnecessary for this. Also, unless you have a really stubby screwdriver you might want to remove the front wheel as it got in my way. If your pressed for time or lazy just turn the wheels depending on the side your doing.]
Next you will want to remove the 4 snap screws on the underside of the car here is a picture of one:

[ Be careful when taking these out, i had two break on me(one on each side) its annoying and you just feel stupid after words, these help to hold it on but are not structurally needed but should be put back on]
the next step is to get the skirt off, with all of the screws out you should be able to push the skirt torwords the front wheels so the body clips slide out, is this doesn't work and you have stubborn body clips try pulling torwords you, a few of my body clips broke on this step but i managed to keep most of them alive.
I then gave it a good scrub due to mine being full of 202,000 miles of rock and dirt [talk about weight reduction!]
after that i laid down a tarp and went to spraying, the paint has been holding well and added a HUGE improvement to looks all for the cost of paint and your Sunday afternoon.
[sorry i could not provide more pictures, if you need help feel free to contact me.]
