I was wondering how one would go about removing the prelude script from the back bumper? I think it would look pretty slick. Any suggestions?

Fifth gen? Hair dryer and dental floss. Polish bodywork afterwards.

Fourth gen? Hair dryer and dental floss. Weld or bog up holes, repaint then polish afterwards.

Third gen?

I just took mine off recently. Used a heat gun and my fingers. Main thing is heat. Looks like they are just 3m taped on. Worked pretty well, but in on little spot, a 3mm peel of paint came up.

I might try this instead of waiting till I get it painted. The chrome is coming off mine. Wouldn't fishing line be more efficient than dental floss?

So I forgot to post up...
I did this, took a lil paint off the 1st E but the car is black so it's not that bad. Still a lil sticky stuff, but get some Goo Gone and start scrubbing. You can still see where the paint is faded where it said Prelude up close but from a distance, it's not noticeable.

I threw mine away. If I had known, Idda gave em to you since I had no use.

I like the lettering on back. To me, a car with no emblems or lettering looks generic. I mean...if you owned a Skyline would you remove the lettering? Hell no, lol.

I would...
I'd leave GT-R on it though.
