I no longer have any honda's, but that doesn't remove it from my blood. I have been thinking hypothetically lately. And I have this question. If one were to re-sleeve an h-block with Darton MID sleeves or the like, would it be possible to have an overbore that would create another half-liter or more displacement? Hypothetically, it is completely reasonable (the concept not the price of the project). I just wanted to get a little bit of feed back from you guys. I think it would be an absolute torque monster.
I have actually seen the kit for sale to do this.
I was searching the internet one noght and came across it. I didn't save the page and can't seem to find it again....I think it was around $3000-$4000 Dollars. But not sure.
But there is a company that makes a stroker kit for the Prelude to 2.7 liters
I just wish I knew were I saw it.

Dang it. A day late and a dollar short... again. Someone beat me to it? That figures. Price is a bit steep considering the gains one would see.

i actually did the stroker kit and honestly i was happy when the motor blew, it sucked. torque was amazing, seeing peak hp at 6100 rpms is pathetic especially when you redline at 7400 and it was not at all worth the $3300 or the time and effort put into it i was truly pissed and now just swapped in a true jdm obd2 h22a type s into my 92 si lower that compression a little and hello boost and don't comment on this if you haven't done this stroker kit or seen or ridden in a lude w/ the kit any questions just ask ps arca and bludget make the only 2.7 kits i've seen i went w/ the arca 107 mm crankshaft they even make a 2.8 ltr stroker kit as well just cant remember the brand

yeah hows the reliability on that? its great if you got some cash to through down i say hell yeah. but it messes with the factory proven geometry. I mean if you got money and something else to drive, id do it.

The 2.7 liter I haven't seen, but there's a guy on SHO with a 2.6 liter H22 in his Accord, and he daily drives it. He's making 270 whp and around 210 torque, i believe, to the ground.

I dunno what this guy was banned for, but he's right.
My powertrain and suspension was done by Frank May @ pocket rockets racing. That guy is amazing. I only had mine worked to a 2.3 though. NA motors are very pricey.
Oh yeah and that 2.7L H22 of franks is very reliable.
