After my car sits all night and when i go out to start it up to go to work in the morning, It idle's really rough and will stall out if i dont keep ym foot on the gas a little bit. The problem started after I had the EURO-R Intake manifold put on. From what i noticed after the car is started and my foot has been on the gas a little while and it warms up, usually i I let the needle on the temp gauge go up to the very first line mark, and i let off the gas the car rpms will drop to about 500 some and sputter as if it wil stall but it manages to no stall. the car will shake as if it will at any second. Any ideas? Sorry if this has been a unclear description. I can explain more but i think i will start to confuse myself, lol

what does it do after it warms up? Is it doing this any other time besides in the morning?
The things I would check out are the grounds, vac lines, the idle its self, fuel pump, and the fuel pressure regulator.
My car does this every once in a wile but if I shut it off and start it again it quits, I dont know if you've tried that oh and make sure your water temp sensors are plug in right I know if they are switched around the car will act like that. but good luck I hope all that can help

Check all your vacuum lines and your IM and TB gaskets. I think I have a vaccuum leak at my intake manifold gasket and I get the same exact symptoms you are describing. Check/clean your idle air control valve too (if you have one, I seem to remember hearing something about the Euro R manifolds having a different idle air control than the USDMs or something like that, I don't have one so I wouldn't know...)

After the car warms up like completely. it will idle down low around 500 some rpm's and like shakes like its about to stall out. It also does this after I come out of work and it has been sitting in the parkinglot for the 8 hours or more that im in work.

I dont want to sound dumb but how do i check those things like to see if everythig is functioning properly? and also where are the water sensors at and how do i know if they are switched around. I had this intake manifold put on at a performance shop, so it should be right i hope.
Badmofo: Is there a way to check the IM and TB gaskets without taking the stuff off the car? I also hae the Euro R TB on the car. it came with the IM. How do i check for a vac leak?

well that is your idle not being high enough if its going all the way down to 500 rpms. Is it also doing this driving around town at stop light or does it go away
