The biggest rear sway bar on the market for a 4th and 5th gen prelude. The installation was a breeze except measuring the endlinks cause they are adjustable and not a solid endlink. The progress endlinks are sopld serperatly but other users on other forums make their own design. Be prepared to dish out 100 bux in nuts and bolt.
By now the price has dropped to 200 (give or take) for the bar and the endlinks were 70 something. Overall impressions was extremely noticeable. The brackets on installion use a different mounting point than the stock brackets and include all the hardware. First time around i used the stock brackets because i could not find the other mounting points.
Currently for sale. Check my thread!
i also got this sway bar. amazing improvement over stock. now i actually get the back end to kick out sometimes around turns. this thing is truly amazing. now i just need a front sway bar.

ehhh read around i dont think you will notice much of a difference besides extra bracing. i suggest just replacing your front sway bar bushings and or endlinks.
yea i hear the same. but i think most people that have reviewed their front sway bar is when they have the stock rear one. but i bet a SLIGHTLY larger front one will compliment a freakishly enormous, and solid rear bar like the one made by progress.
the theory behind it is, right now the rear is too tight, like i said, i get the back to slide out REALLY easily now. i think if i get the front one it will make it a bit tighter, improving front end stability, but also evening out the difference in stability between the front and back, making it more predictable in turns rather then easily loosing the back end. effectively making my car have more of a neutral feel rather then an oversteer.

I want one of these bad boys when I re-do my suspension. Hear a lot of good things about it.

well figure this, i use to be able to slide out my rear. that was because my tires couldnt handle it. so upgrade some tires and you wont be able to slide it out. and any suggestions for a front sway. all the ones i know no way compare to the big progress bar. hence the different size end links
tires have nothing to do with it. i have good tires. believe me when i say the sway bar is doing it. i had it set on the loosest setting and didnt feel hardly any difference, set it to the middle setting and it improved a bit more. between those 2 settings i never had a problem with the back end kicking out unless it was under some extreme braking in turns. so then i set it to the stiffest setting and even more of an improvement, especially under acceleration/spinning tires through tight turns. but now the back end kicks out under LIGHT braking and turning..
look, all im saying is theoretically speaking, a front sway bar SHOULD help even it out.

...weird, I slide out my rear with the stock sway bars with toyo t1r's...maybe I should check to see if my endlinks are broken...
nah. i doubt you're endlinks are broken. you'd hear them if they were broken.

Why do you want the rear to slide out?
its not so much that you WANT your rear to slide out. it's just easier to control over steer then under steer..... imo
Just installed mine today. Pretty easy to install. Completely worth it. Feels like a completely different car, way more confident on high speed turns and that **** kicks over no problem. Honestly got a much better handling improvement from the sway bar than my springs. Definitely would recommend this to every Prelude owner out there.

I tend to agree.. mine is just a DD and I feel like the prelude is about the most neutral handling of all FWD cars I have driven... I went with poly U bushings all round and for sway bar and kept my stock bars and my back end starts to come unglued a touch quicker than the front... I have NS sports, agxes and strut tower bars... if I upgraded to a progress rear sway bar I think I too would get a s/t or NS front sway bar to balance the car back out a little (like you said it would still be relatively stiffer in the back due to the "hugeness" of the progress). I'm extremely happy with the entire suspention done (including bushings) with just the stock bars... ludes are just sweet!
