ECU Location on 2nd Gen

Hi guys. Please can someone tell me where I can find the ecu on my 2nd gen prelude. I've read its under the drivers seat, but can't find it. also tried behind the fuse box under the steering column...

The pgmfi light comes on after approx 20 mins of driving. no performance troubles tho. need to get to the ecu to see the error code being displayed. any ideas.

I don't know but check on the passanger side of the gear box close to the dash. Idunno man

Well I requested it over at preludepower.com, they've got a more active 2nd gen forum. So if anyone there knows where it's at i'll let you know.

someone correct me if im wrong but I remember it being behind the drivers side rear side panel. Im not 100% on that cause i dont own a 86-87 prelude si, but I took an ecu out of one once

Yup. You can see it if you pull up the driver's side rear seat ash tray
