i went to nrgtech, it was reved to 83k, not really tuned, i did 3 runs for 50 dollars, first was completely stock, 2nd, the timing was set at 19, i put down 171whp, 3rd was time was 20, put down 174.

u serious 3 runs for $50 not bad. I like the sound of that. I want to take a ride out there just to see how i do. If anthony woulda got his ass on it we coulda had our ludes dynoed for free at HIN.

did you get a wideband readout?
you should really get it tuned, your wasting your time with basemaps.

i know but i didnt go there with the intention to gettin my car tuned, my friend was gettin his tuned and since nrgtech is not far from work i went to check it out. and out of it he wanted to do a comparison between our cars so i agreed to put it on the dyno see how slow i am. thats all, i didnt really care, its just 50 bucks.

95hpreude dyno'd and tuned his engine with rich
he is using a p28 ecu with nothing done to the IAB's to keep them open. At this time, he is running with only half of his intake manifold open. His IABS closed at all times right now, which is what is killing his power and is the reason for the big dip in power after the vtec crossover.

I can guarantee you he will break 200whp. His engine is starving of air.
Rich -
you need a tune. Setting vtec around 4700-4900 will probably be best for you. You are barely making power to 7000 and your torque drops off really fast. This tells me that you are running pretty mild ignition timing and it could use some tooling around.
Very nice peak torque considering the horsepower, thats another thing that tells me you could get alot more power out of your motor if you would allow it to breathe better.
