hey wassup .. well just want to post the difference between Skunk2 Pro2 and Pro 1 Cams.
Heres my setup:
Stage 3 Full JG Built Head
Skunk2 Pro 1 Cams and Cam gears
RC 550 Injectors.
Hondata Gaskets
Hondata S100
Megan Headers
AEm Cold Air
2.5" Straight pipe all the way w/ magnaflow exhaust
Stock Fuel Rail
Stock Manifold
Stock TB
Stock Bottom End.
All Done by Bisimoto Enginerring.
This was with Dynapack the one that connects to your hub
So with Stage 2 i did 192Whp and 154 torque
and with Stage 1 201whp and 158 of torque.

Those are sick numbers!
what's up with that dip in torque around 4500k RPM?
How aggressive are Skunk1 compared to Skunk2 cams?
do you have lift and duration #'s?
I'm assuming this is in a Civic bubble? nice, you've got to be waxing mad people in this setup. :embarassed:

hey wassup .. well yeah torque feels great though.. but the waving thing in the torque.. still have to be cleaned up.. need to degree the cams.. that might and should help a little. duration life not sure off the top of my head.. but if u look on skunk2 site.. they tell you.. but yeah it pulls hard and vtec pops really smooth.. skunk2 are more aggressive..only if u had bottom end build.. but as you see smaller cams makes more power..

What is this beast tuned on?
A nice tune may get rid of that dip and make that torque curve even nastier in your bubble.
One of these bubbles is rocking a k20a, and it pulled sick-hard.

so wait the pro1s made more power than the pro 2s? is that because of the stock bottom end? u actually bought both?? or did u borrow em?

yeah the pro1 did make more power.. but yeah i do have the stock bottom end.. but pro 1 will still make more power just due to the fact that pro 2 need really high compression and are really agressive.. .. but yeah i have both.. i still have the pro 2 for sale if u know anyone thats interested.

do u have springs and retainers? something looks weird...bc the pro2 cams peaked out at bout the same or a lil lower than the pro1 cams.

yeah its the full JG built head.. port & polish.. titanium retainers. forged valves high comp.. angle valve job.. everything.. the only reason for the stage 2 peaked out the same its cause of the stock block.. need to be at a higher compression.

that and rpm wise as well. i thought they would have kept going past 7500

did they test the head on a flow bench after the build? what is the flow rate in cfm???

pro2's need compression. You got more power out of the Pro1's because they are not as aggressive as the Pro's and suit your build alot better.

im mad again. i got the s200 for a killer deal, and it's now tuned and the timing at idle is ok, but the idle is pretty lumpy. do u have that problem too? he said that it was just because of the pro1 cams itself.
so it FELT great from 6k up, but its not that great bc i lost to my friends type s, which i used to stay even with. something is wrong with my tune....also he set vtec at 4k, which im not happy about. if u step on it right at 4k, it feels good, which is why i said im fine with it there. but if u step on it at 3k, then at vtec u feel a dip or plateau in power and then it picks up again at 5500rpm.
also i noticed that he barely watched the a/f ratio while tuning. he mainly looked at the computer which shows the rpm and vacuum pressure and timing (i dont kno anything about tuning so excuse me if im wrong)
someone help me!
