the story of how i got my lude.
i was at the tender age of 15. right before i got my license and right before i turned 16. i had just received my learners permit. it was the year 2000. my mom owned a 1997 saturn SC2. i loved that car to death. we agreed that it would be mine when i graduated high school. but it turned out to be such a piece of crap so she decided to sell it. she tells me she was buying a 2000 honda prelude. i became so distraught. i didnt even know what that was so i immediately assumed it was a POS. that is, until she rolled up in it the next afternoon. my jaw dropped to the floor and it was love at first sight. i was so ecstatic, i ran up to it and just peered inside the windows. she said to me "you want to take it for a drive" i turned around and immediately began to teer up from over joy. she walked over and handed me the keys. we hopped in and drove off. i felt like i had died and went to heaven. not long after, i got my license. i took my very first drive on my own in my dads pick-up. i wrecked it that day. to this day i think, 'what if i was driving the lude.' i wouldnt be here today to share with you guys the love for preludes. 4 years after my mom bought it, i bought it from her. drive it down to her new home in FL where she lived happily ever after. the end.
i didnt feel like posting up all my mods so check out my rides page. as for where im going with it.. so far ive been planning on supercharging it. and of course 5 speed swap would be nice. my goal is 230whp.
