I finally Destroyed it.

Well.. It was a bright and sunny day. I started to put some cloths on and went out side and said to my self. " This is a perfect day to go take some more pictures." So i gather up all my stuff and head out. I drove first because it was so nice out. I just had to go crusing. As i was "crusing" i started to head down a road that started to get REALLY Bumpy. I didnt want to drive down it but i had no choice as it was a oneway street. As i drive down trying to get to the end. All of a sudden. A pot hole from hell appears in front of me. I full in and come out with the Pop Pop sound coming from the front. I just knew it had to be the bumper. So i get out and look and sure enough. My Mugen kit broke away front the finders cracking the paint as it did so. I was like.. dawm. .. **** happens.

Now i am stuck hear with a choice.. I can either repair my Mugen bumper.. or i can go back to a OEM Bumper with the wings west front lip on it. What do you guys think i should go with?

Post pics to decide. If its not to bad i say repair cuz the Mugen bumper is so nice. But if its easier to to swap back to the OEM+WWRS lip then go with that. All depends on the damage on teh Mugen IMO.

I would be going down to city hall with pictures of where the wreck occured and start ripping someone a new ass until they agreed to pay for it. The city pays for roads and thats how it is where I live they pay if a pothole cause significant damage.

Maybe you canm do that where you live ... but here in new orleans.. that **** wont fly. The city will only pay if a large number of cars get damaged my the hole. They will just say my car got damaged because my car is lowered below my car standards. If my car was at its factory height. It would be fine. There for... they will not pay.

is it a replica or original? because the original should be tougher, than the fiberglass replica. well maybe it can be fix don't lose hope or ever give up cause it's heck of nice front end replica or original it doesn't matter it's still nice

mm yea it would be hard to prove to the city...id try it anyway cause hey worst case is you have to repair it yourself anyway.

1. cost
2. ease and time to repair
3. damage level
4. personal preference

id probably fix it if it wasnt cracked (not badly atleast)...but if hey you want a change go for it?

um dont you have coil overs, bring that shyt up and take pics and charge them for this shyt. try and have them pay for repairs how do they know you werent at stock height yah feel me.

Well... i am going to put the OEM Bumper on for now with the WW Lip. I should be able to repair the Mugen bumper at my job since we do alot of fiber glass work. Its a replica but the fiber glass on it is very hard.. it went through alot .. soo.. i am pretty sure the real one would have broken also since my friend has the real one. ( bastard ) .

Okk... well .. i got some good news.. my uncle has a body shop and he can definitly repair the bumper and repaint it for me. Why didnt i think of that sooner... anyway .. yea.. i am keeping my bumper ..

haha if it took a large number of cars to go thruhg and get damaged for the city to fix it and fix ur car u should hvae found everyone that wanted a new bumper or rim and had them all drive through it in a big line then go to city hall and complain that would be hilarious to see. new orleans though that would a rough city to have that done at with all the shyte still going on down there.
