I'm debating on 17's or 18's for my 93 project lude. Does anyone know whether or not 18x7.5 will fit with Eibach sportlines and KYB struts???

I have a friends that is running 18x7.5 on her forth gen with eibach sportline and kyb struts. She drives it fine with no problem.
