Prove it!

Take one photo of your PRELUDE, and submit it to one of the moderators/Admins (me I guess). At the end of the month we'll have them posted with a poll and let the members vote on which photo is the best. It could be an old photo that you've taken before or it can be a new one taken just for the contest.

Submit it by March 31st!

So can it be like the best photo ever, but the dirtiest and ugliest Prelude? Does the Prelude need to look good in the photo for us to have a chance in this photography contest? What about editing? Is editing aloud or should only original pictures be submitted?

There should also be a certain size each photo must be too. Maybe 640x480 or something around there?

Could be a muddy Prelude with some clever photography, it's what the people decide on. I'm just going to say the bigger the better when it comes to the entries.

Well I was gonna buy some rims for my car and do my shoot but uh, I just spent my money on a down payment on a RX7... gotta have it paid off by June 16 so all my money is going to that. I'll prolly still give it a shot though for the shoot with what I got.

Though editing really wouldn't matter much, it's all in the angles and scenery. That kinda stuff. And, I think for this first one we should refrain from using any "models". I'm sure more rules will come about.

no photo shopping. I can and will be able to tell if edit the photo so don't even bother. sorry rick didn't mean to tread jack. we want you to use raw photography show casing your lude from your eye through a camera.

i think they just want it to be all natural to see if amatuer photographers can make a shot work well with out relying on touch up's or anything of that sort.

Yeah, photoshopping (at least in my head) means any type of touch ups, filters, etc. Chopping is doing actual chopping, in a way. Chopping wheels or mufflers off another car and throwing them on yours. Get the idea?:biggrin:

And yeah, you can use any old photos you have. I think that's what I plan on doing.

As for other cars in there. . .I'm not too sure on that. Let's stick to Preludes. I have something planned for the winner, or I'm thinking of something anyways. . .

Don't worry it should be good. So, yeah. Strictly Preludes, other Ludes in there? Fine I guess. Unless Ace has any objections. :wink:

man i so wish i woulda had my camera last night while i was at work... ok i couldnt make this up if i wanted to.... but its snowing out here in SD, well my car was garaged all day so it was still clean... so ok clean lude in snow and snow is hardly noticable....and out of the blue i hear thunder, iam like crazy, soon as i see it, it flashed in a distance behind my car....so picture it in your head.... a clean lude, snowing with lightning in the back ground....i think that woulda been CRAZY!!! ok maybe just my thoughts.....YAAAA LAST DAY TILL WE SEE PIX!!!:biggrin:
