Ok so latly the only threads I see on this site are about Neo's or VAFC's or VAFC II's or Hondata's and this poor Canadian is clueless. What I get so far is that they add power when you have bolt ons. Well I have intake and exhaust and would like more power. Someone help me out.

The don't "add" power. They just optimize potential restricted power you already have.

and allow turbo cars to run within a safe parameter by modifing fuel and timing maps. with an intake and exhaust, ur going to need more add-ons whether you stay naturally aspirated or add a turbo to your car to get more power an vafc wont give u very much and hondata is useless right now.

Thats kinda wrong cause hondata seems to work great for me. I dont have any problems running it. I know they got alot of other programs and i dont know much about them, but i have been running hondata on all my cars and i never had any gitches are anything. ( ecxept this one time, The chip died on the ecu and the car with into limp mode. ) But thats wasnt to bad, At least it went into limp mode so it didnt blow up. lol.
