headlight install

i had a wreck and need to replace my drivers side headlight and i dont wanna mess it up too bad, anyone know of a writeup or anything like that? thanks

is that gonna be the same or similar on a 5th gen? i have a 98 lude

Removing the bumper should be very similar. Headlight will probably be different though

To remove the head light. You need to remove the bumper first. There is a bolt right under the fender where the bumper was blocking. There is another bolt on the top of the headlight in the radiator support. And last. There is one on the interside of the headlight You should be able to see it easy with out the bumper on. But its kinda tricky to get to.

wonderful...i was hoping to get around taking the bumper off....ok, any help on that lol?

btw, rory, what tail lights are you rocking? they look nice and i havevnt seen many nice tails on a lude, also, the headlights? full hid upgrade? something else? camera trick? either way....i love your lude and i envy you

I was there once. I hate that fact that you gotta remove the bumper.

grrrr....my satty was SOOOO easy on so many things that the honda isnt....but building power isnt the saturns strong suit, oh well....i can run sans bumper for a while seeing as it needs to get replaced too (got hurt in the wreck)
