H23A1, F22A1/6 all come with a manifold, and H22A1/4 and F22A4 come with a header

Does it really matter? I've always understood it to be the same thing.

I always thought of it as a manifold was a cast item, but a header was a tube item

Actually Yes... IN Reality A Manifold and a Header or to different things... its just that many refer it to be the same no one really cares.... A header is basicly the style you get from stock h22a and your DC application. A manifold is Actually when your Manifold starts off more like a collecter and is just one pipe. Like you see on the New 06 Civic Single Cams. Headers have more flow because each exhaust port has its own flow pipe and is not Shared.

In the Intake.. It would be like having a AEM intake or. ITBs

+1, nicely said. =)

A header and a manifold are two different things.
