those are coilover sleeves you posted. i don't feel like saying everything over again... i've posted it here. but the bottom line is: if you're getting coilover sleeves, make darn sure their rate matches your springs. in the end, it's a lot easier, less headache, and less money if you just go with an entire coilover assembly. tein and d2 get my vote.

im going kyb agx struts...i want to be able to adjust the ride height. tein does not have adjustable springs.

and that is an excellent choice for struts imo. what springs are you running right now?

my buddy has the KYB AGX struts and the Ground Control coil overs on his ef hatch and it's a pretty killer set up, so i would suggest going with the Ground Controls

a safe choice would be some tein ss coilovers or something for a decent comfortable ride...

for a little less you can do d2s or a the ground control and kyb agx combo (highly recommended by most people i know but its more convenient for most to just get the full coilover together)

i have the d2s at like 8k/6k spring rates or so...they ride a bit rough...but they are pretty diesel..and recommended for dd street and auto xing

get something for your application...personally id probably try the teins unless you are going to go relatively full out..

i dont have the money for jics...unless ogsmakdade wants to sell his for an uber low price which i very seriously doubt he will....i want something adjustable. even though i love teins i cant get them because they dont make anything adjustable

i am really confused when u say adjustabel springs? i dont think there is such a thing. there are adjustable struts, that adjust the ride hieght and the dampening force of the shock but springs dont adjust they are set. so i am really confused by that. Tein makes a ride height and dampening force adjustable coil over, its 16 way adjustable and ride height adjuatable so i dont see where you are getting that tein doesnt make an adjustable coilover?

ya those ones are completely adjustable ride and dampening but i would never buy used suspension parts too expensive and there is no telling if one of those is blown or close to it.

very tru but hey if he asked for ogs used suspension and asked for a cheap price i assumed he didnt have much $$ which most of us dont.

as hotrod said...coilover sleeves. they are adjustable. they use a spanner wrench to adjust the drop.
