here are a few pics of wat im working with im not sure if anyone has come across it, its the first Prelude ive seen with a tv in the dash as standard

The Tuner is all in japanese so i cant make it out:-

This is the Remote for the tuner:-

This TV Control Unit has letters A-K on it, i plugged them all in but still nothin. I hear a clicking sound comin from My Speakers and the control unit when i play about with the tuner so there is life in it. All of the cables im sure are correct except for connection (I) or (J) which im having doubts about:-

This just plugs into the control unit for power nothin much more to be said about it:-

These connections are comin from the TV, The little pin connector at my thumb plugs into the tuner, the 2 on the left plug into the control unit, but its the 1 on the right i dont think i have plugged in correctly:-

I will take pictures of the TV tomoro in the morning and better light, its not a big TV but its still nice :D

sorry cant post up URLs properly unless i have 15 posts :(
if anyone has any help please dont hesitate

Pics?? The only ones i've ever seen of a factory TV in a 4th Gen Prelude were in a JDM brochure long ago. Funny enough many JDM vehicles from that time had TVs standard in Japan....I just test drove a '94 Toyota Windom (Lexus ES 300) which had a perfectly working dash TV here in the Cayman islands. You can tell which vehicles have them by noting large twin antennas on each side of the trunk....

ALmost all Japanese cars come with Navi. When i was over there, almost all the cars i saw had Navigation. Old and new cars. I saw a couple of fifth gens with it. The six fourth gens i saw didnot have the option in them.
