Ok, I'm not too keen on suspension and have done some searching and have only found a few things on the Function/Form coilovers but seem to have found good reviews and they seem like a great suspension set. Well I'm seriously considering buying these http://www.f2autolife.com/storefront/product_info.php?cPath=22&products_id=39
I just have a few questions:
1) Does this fit the SH?
2) I would like to get into autocross next summer and wonder if these would be exceptional and are they decent enough for daily driving?
3) What is a good spring rate for daily driving/weekend tracking?
Thanks for the help.

1a. Sh and base have the same suspension setup when it comes to coilovers and springs and such.
2a. Honestly, i cant seem to think these wouldn't be ideal for it, but they also dont have much spec's autocross wise, ya know. I see o0O clean finish and such. although price wise i cant see how these wouldnt do the job and then some...
3a. Rate wise, i was told 12-14 was good but also the higher you go, even better in your future case.
