Does anybody know what the device is called that u install it and the higher the speed the higher the volume, and vica versa. and where to get it. I want one.

I don't know where to get it, or what it's called aftermarket, but my uncle had one OEM on his 98 Camaro and it was called SCV (Speed Controlled Volume) I believe.
