Anyone ever double-charged or tri-charged their prelude? How about twin turbo'd? Need help on decision making. Seen some Honda double charging before.

I don't think anybody has twin turboed a prelude before... What would be the purpose anyways? Just build the crap out the motor and get a huge turbo...

It would take a good bit of modifying to even try to twin turbo a Lude, not to mention tuning and all with the least amount of boost lag. Not worth it IMO. Like TEL said above, just go with a bigass turbo *cough*T78*cough* and build the motor to hold the extra power and hit the road.

I was thinking more along an HKS GT40R and full intercooler setup.

I have heard of preludes pushing both a super and a turbo charger, but never seen.

ITBs and turbo is more realistic than blower and turbo. but I think someone has done it before just can't remember for sure

Yeah bro its used in alot of cars.
rb26dett uses ITBs and turbo, the sr20det from the s15 does it also.
Toyota starlet, and even some old corolla's had em. The pulsar Gt-r in japan came factory ITB'd turbo'd too. Seems like a nissan trend, however Bmw and toyota uses it on some of thier cars too, not many though.
They still uses a "plenum" of sorts, to keep the air coming from the turbo in one area and not all over, but it goes through 4 individual throttle bodies afterwards.

bmw M series has ITB's and look how many boosted m3's are out there. I wasn't aware of toyota though...
